Unique clients, unique experiences
Buying a home is one of the most important decisions you will make, and no two journeys are the same. Russ believes in providing a service that is specifically tailored to suit his clients’ lives. Buying or selling a home is not simply a transaction but is an experience, one that Russ strives to make as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible.
About Russ
Russ Conlon approaches real estate with a deep respect for what housing represents — stability, security, and the foundation people build their lives on.
Growing up, homeownership was never something Russ took for granted. Like many people, he experienced housing as something uncertain and hard-won, especially as costs in the Twin Cities continued to rise. That perspective stayed with him well into adulthood and shaped how he thinks about real estate today.
When Russ and his wife were expecting their first child, they made the decision to purchase their first home — not just as a financial move, but as a way to create stability and put down roots. Going through the process firsthand gave Russ a deep appreciation for how emotional, confusing, and consequential housing decisions can be, especially when timing or circumstances add pressure.
Today, Russ works with a wide range of clients — first-time buyers, sellers, and investors — bringing a calm, education-first approach to every situation. He is especially committed to helping people who feel unsure of their options, taking the time to explain processes clearly and support decisions that are genuinely in the client’s best interest, even when that means slowing things down or not moving forward at all.
In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Russ and his family have built a portfolio of investment properties, giving him a practical understanding of real estate as both a place to live and a long-term wealth-building tool.
Russ lives in Plymouth with his wife Sheila, their children Everett and Fiona, and their chocolate lab, Penny. Outside of work, Russ is a dedicated fitness enthusiast and competes in the HYROX fitness racing circuit with Sheila. He believes that discipline, resilience, and preparation — in training and in life — create better outcomes. When he’s not working or training, you’ll likely find Russ playing soccer, cheering on Everett at a chess tournament, or cooking dinner for his family.
