As an aspiring real estate investor, Russ took me under his wing to show me the ins and outs of what a strong investment property looks like. He ran me through numbers, talked me through the rehabs that would need to be made to each property we looked at and provided his expert opinion on the investment. Russ was not only a realtor but a mentor and a friend throughout the process of purchasing my first home which will one day become a rental.

After closing on the property, Russ has been available to support me throughout the rehab of the property by providing contractor resources, his investor knowledge, and physically supporting me with small challenges I have faced as a first time home owner.
